Edit PDF text: catalogue guide

A catalogue usually has fixed fields and aligned columns, so replacing whole lines keeps it looking original.

Steps

  1. Open the PDF in the editor.
  2. Tap the line you want to change.
  3. Type the new wording and press Enter.
  4. Save as PDF, PNG or JPG.

Tip: Replace whole lines rather than single letters so spacing stays natural.

Change text directly inside a PDF so the replacement uses the document's own embedded font, size and position.
