1. About this service

PDFfont is operated by Omaze PDFfont ("we", "us", "the seller"), the legal entity you are contracting with. Omaze PDFfont, trading as PDFfont (pdffont.com), provides an online PDF editor that lets you change text in a PDF while keeping the original font, size and position. By using pdffont.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your documents

Editing happens in your browser. A document is uploaded to our servers only when you choose to save, unlock or store it. You keep all rights to your files. You confirm you have the right to edit any document you upload, and you agree not to use PDFfont to create fraudulent, forged or unlawful documents. We may suspend accounts used for illegal activity.

3. Pricing and plans

• $1 for 7 days — every plan starts with a 7-day trial charged at $1. It gives full unlimited editing and downloads on your account.
• $5 per month — after the trial, the monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• $29.99 per year — after the trial, the yearly plan renews automatically each year until you cancel.

All prices are in US dollars and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle; we never see or store your full card details. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Documents unlocked under our earlier one-time plan keep working through their private links.

4. Recurring billing and cancellation

After the $1 seven-day trial, your plan renews automatically at $5 per month or $29.99 per year until you cancel. You can cancel in one click from your account dashboard at any time, including during the trial. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep full access until that date and you are not billed again. There are no pre-checked boxes, hidden add-ons or cancellation fees.

5. Refund policy for digital services

Because PDFfont is a digital service delivered immediately, our refund policy applies as follows — see the full Refund Policy:

• 14-day satisfaction refund. If the service did not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
• Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full, at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service, and do not share paid document links in bulk for commercial resale. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended without refund of amounts already used.

7. Intellectual property

Omaze PDFfont owns all rights in the PDFfont service, including the software, editor, website, documentation, branding and logo. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your plan; no ownership is transferred to you. You retain all rights to documents you upload and edit.

8. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep PDFfont available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Always keep a copy of your original file.
