Refund Policy

Our promise

We want PDFfont to genuinely work for you. Because it is a digital service delivered immediately, we offer a clear, fair refund policy with no unreasonable conditions.

14-day satisfaction refund

If the service did not work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full:

• $1 trial — fully refundable within 14 days if the service did not work for you.
• $5 monthly plan — the current month is refundable within 14 days of that charge if you have not downloaded a document during the period. Otherwise simply cancel and you will not be charged again.
• $29.99 yearly plan — refundable in full within 14 days of the charge if you have not downloaded a document during that period.

Always refunded

Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full, at any time. If you were billed twice or charged by mistake, contact us and we will put it right.

How to request a refund

Send us a message through our Contact Us page with the email address on your account. We reply within 1 business day, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You can also request a refund directly at paddle.net. Refund handling is covered by Paddle's Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights, including UK and EU consumer rights.
