Edit a PDF without changing the font: catalogue guide

A catalogue usually has fixed fields and aligned columns, so replacing whole lines keeps it looking original.

Steps

  1. Open the PDF.
  2. Tap the line.
  3. Type — the embedded font is reused.
  4. Save.

Tip: Subset fonts only contain used letters; the editor sources missing glyphs automatically.

Keep the original font, weight and spacing when editing a PDF, and understand embedded and subset fonts.
