Delete text from a PDF: policy document guide

A policy document usually has fixed fields and aligned columns, so replacing whole lines keeps it looking original.

Steps

  1. Open the PDF.

  3. Clear the text you want removed.
  4. Save.

Tip: For sensitive data use redaction instead, which removes the text permanently.
