Restrict printing of a PDF: banner guide

A banner usually has fixed fields and aligned columns, so replacing whole lines keeps it looking original.

Steps

  1. Open the PDF.
  2. Open permissions.
  3. Disable printing.
  4. Save.

Tip: Permissions need an owner password to be enforced.
