Identify the font in a PDF: proposal guide
A proposal usually has fixed fields and aligned columns, so replacing whole lines keeps it looking original.
Steps
- Open the PDF.
- Tap a text line.
- Read the font name in the edit panel.
- Use it for new text.
Tip: Names like ABCDEF+Arial-Bold are subsets of Arial Bold.
Keep the original font, weight and spacing when editing a PDF, and understand embedded and subset fonts.
