Work with embedded fonts in a PDF: sales receipt guide

A sales receipt usually has fixed fields and aligned columns, so replacing whole lines keeps it looking original.

Steps

  1. Open the PDF.
  2. Edit text.
  3. Embedded fonts are kept.
  4. Save.

Tip: Embedded fonts make the PDF look the same on every device.

Keep the original font, weight and spacing when editing a PDF, and understand embedded and subset fonts.
